   I purchased this stove online from Cabelas. I gave it a four star rating because i haven’t had the opportunity to use it just yet. I have seen other people that have them and they say they work great. Upon opening the box I can see it’s put together well and has removable legs. The windgaurd collapses down too. The windgaurd is thin and has small side wings that may prove to be a weak point but we will have to see if that is true. I purchased the reversible griddle to go with this unit and we will test it out on our camping trip to Wallowa mountains state park in Oregon. One thing I did find that I feel will prove most useful is a hard carrying case for this stove. I bought a Plano brand Sportsman’s trunk some time ago for my truck. I thought that maybe it would hold the stove and what do you know it does. This is a Plano model 181976. See the pics. I think it will help protect my stove. Thank you Plano and thank you Camp chef. Two products that work well together!

   bought this stove and the two burner griddle. Great combo, goes together with no tools, has a carrying bag for the the legs and wind deflector, that’s alittle too light weight and too small to easily get the deflector back in it. The 30000 BTU burners are plenty for the griddle. Temp control is good, the heat defusers on the griddle do a good job (not great) of even heating. I would buy it again. great value for the price

   I spent the last ten days camping with my family and this stove was used several times a day for cooking and making coffee. It only blew out once from the wind and I had on the wind screen, but other than that minor issue it worked great. From bacon and eggs to steak on the camp chef grill and several fish fry’s, we were well fed and with no problems. I recommend with no reservations, but I would put extenders on the legs to bring it up a few inches. I followed another reviewers advice and it made a difference. Fantastic purchase! I also use this unit at home and highly recommend.

    The stove functions great. I got the 60 griddle with it it cooks great, nice even heating and cooking will be using it often. The only down fall the box was in good shape but once unpacked and assembled on one of the plastic coated bolt for legs was broken and no way to glue it back so have to use a pair of pliers to tighten and loosen it to set up or take down. I think a metal wing screw would be much better to use rather than the plastic.

    I bought this unit 2 years ago for camping. Cooking in the travel trailer isn’t nearly as fun as cooking outside. My previous trailer had an outside barbecue and I wanted to expand what I could cook outside. Is difficult to get level, however I bought the adjustable screw down legs and that problem was solved. I have a family of 5 and often camp with extended family. So being able to quickly cook a ton of food is a must. The burners are very powerful and quickly boil large pots of water. Almost too fast, the first time I used it, I wasn’t sure what to expect and almost boiled off the water before the pasta was done cooking. I have the griddle and the barbecue accessories and cook exclusively on this when camping. The travel trailer stove has never been used.

    Bought this cooker about a month ago..Burners work well, plenty cooking room for 2 pans..Only problem is the legs..2 of them does not tighten up onto stove..So, them 2 fall off when stove is picked up..Takes 2 people to set back up and level.. .
