I have been looking for a good cutting board for years. This is the one!! It weighs in at about 35 pounds. It is truly a “Super Slab”! This is a board that you leave out on your counter all the time. Home Depot had the best price of anyone..including the actual Catskill Website. Everyone who has seen the board has fallen in love with it immediately. Please note that you are instructed to pre-condition the board before using it with their product (which they fail to provide) or mineral oil. I thought they could have at least provide the very small amount that it would take to pre-condition it. I could not use it the day I got it because I did not have mineral oil in the house. (I wanted to make sure I followed their instructions)
