The Cook N Home 02680 Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Sauce Pan with Lid 3 qt. sauce pan comes with a tempered glass lid with steam vent to view food and keep heat/moisture in and a riveted handle for strength. The Tri-ply Clad metal construction is made of 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminum core creating a permanent bond of metal allowing heat to pass through the whole pan-along the bottom and up. This pan works on all stove tops.
