Stainless steel handle stays cool and is riveted for strength. Lip for food access, easy flipping, and pouring liquids. Great for cooking pancakes, breads, and other flat foods. Works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500°F. Not Induction compatible. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
