The heavy gauge aluminum core provides even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Nonstick delivers exceptional performance and makes food release/cleaning easy. Lid is tempered glass with a steam vent that is protected by a stainless steel rim. Stainless steel handle is riveted for strength and is comfortable to hold. Large size for multipurpose function. Not Induction compatible. Works on gas, electric, glass, halogen, ceramic, etc. Oven safe to 500°F, glass lid to 350°F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
