Aluminum disc layered in the bottom allows for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Tempered glass lid with steam vent to view food and seals in moisture. Riveted handles for durability, stays cool/comfortable while cooking, and is hang able. Induction compatible. Works on: gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Oven safe to 500°F, glass lid to 350°F. Dishwasher safe.
