Delta 93-1/2 in. x 3/4 in. x 3T Band Saw Blade

Timber Wolf band saw blades run cooler, last longer and track true. Our 3/4 in. x 3 tpi x 0.025 blades are made of Swedish Silicon Steel. The teeth are induction hardened, milled for true tracking and produce a thin kerf (the total overall set is 0.048 in.). These blades run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw. Our welds are warranted. This 3/4 in. x 3 tpi blade is generally used for straight-line cutting 6 in.-10 in. hardwoods and 5 in.-8 in. softwoods. It is an excellent blade for cutting veneers and resawing expensive woods. It leaves a very nice finish.

• Milling the teeth of our blades into a piece of strip steel produces a finished, razor sharp edge without ever having to stamp or grind the teeth, induction hardening allows for different but more precise hardness throughout the blade, these unique manufacturing techniques along with the use of Swedish Silicon steel and the highest quality alloys set these blades apart from all other wood and metal cutting blades
