This midi lathe stand is being used in conjunction with a woodturning program for our Wounded Veterans Woodturning is taught as a means of mental and physical therapy for veterans who were wounded in combat. The program is provided free of charge to our veterans at Camp Pendleton, CA, US Naval Medical Center, San Diego, and at the Veterans Affairs ASPIRE Care Center in San Diego and all equipment and supplies are purchased through donations.
