I was looking for a battery powered impact wrench to use when air wasn’t a viable option. What stuck me about this impact wrench was the quoted high torque ratings. I didn’t really believe these specs were possible from battery. I figured I’d order and try it and if it wasn’t powerful enough to justify,I’d return it. I received it and immediately took it (after full charge) to perform a tire rotation on one of of vehicles. Too truly test it, I didn’t break the lugs loose. I place vehicle on all four jack stands and the lugs came of like butter with this thing. Swap the tires around and then put it on the highest setting and tighten the lug nuts up. When I drop the car I always get a huge breaker bar and tighten the lug nuts as tight as possible, BUT after using the DeWalt with all my weight and a huge breaker bar none of the lug nuts could be moved at all. I was so happy, that I did a rotation on our other car too. All together I did 2 tire rotations in 10 minutes ( by myself and no air power). Bottom line- This impact wrench is my favorite tool I’ve ever owned and have been using it on every project I can.
