They are excellent for my purpose which is wood carving and engraving

Should have more extensive engraving kits in accessories

I’ve been carving wood, stone & other things with my dremel & wish you’d put together more carving kits please? Buying your bits is getting too expensive one by one & I’ve had to look for competitors kits that have what I need, but the fact is that dremel bits are better & last longer so can you please put a kit for wood & stone carving bits that has a large variety of these bits for those of us on a budget?

Great kit for engraving wood, plastic, metal, stone and glass. It has an array of bits that work well for most needs. I find I need to practice with it on scrap before doing the real thing, the dremel can easily ‘run’ across the surface. Bits are great quality and have good life.

This tool set is just what i need all tools work perfect.

I made some Christmas ornaments out of wood this year, and this tool kit came in handy. I used it to do the detailing work and it worked like a charm. The tools are really sturdy and it’s really easy to switch between tools. Overall a great product that I’m really happy with.

It needs to be twice the size. Every bit that comes with this set should have more than one. Especially the smaller bits as they seem to dull more quickly

Good selection of common used tools in a nice container.

I have done two projects – etching tempered glass and etching an aluminum panel. Paired with the flexible extension for the Dremel I was able to easily control the tool and achieve the desired effect.

Hubby thoroughly enjoyed using these tools to carve our 2011 Halloween artificial Styrofoam craft pumpkin of Captain Jack Sparrow. The small parts worked wonderfully for the shading areas.

The diamond attachment is very useful to use for my Dremel.8220. I use the diamond bit to drill stone and glass. Make sure you use water to cool bit. I use the drill press 220-01 with the 8220 and diamond bit to drill holes

I have been updating things around the house for about a year. I wanted to use something easy, as well as not have to go to the garage every time I needed to cut, drill, or carve something. I bought the 11 piece carving/engraving set for my husbands Dremel hoping it would cut down on all the tools I always needed. It did! I was able to use many of the pieces in this set to shape the crushed glass tile the way I needed. When the wet saw made a cut that chipped the crushed glass, I was able to use the Dremel with these bits to fix the tiles! It saved time, money and my sanity!!
