I have absolutely loved my purchase. I love the freedom that it now provides me to workout whenever I want and also to redo a ride if I really liked the instructor, setup, or music. The set up was very easy to do with the tools provided. I have had no issues with not getting connected or with my bandwidth, as I have had with other apps that I tried before Echelon. But the best part of the Echelon experience has been the price. You get the personalization and experience without the high dollar costs from other at home fitness options. I really love the ability to use my Echelon app to conduct other non-biking related workouts too. Thanks for building a great product and awesome experience.

I wish it connected to my Apple Watch… you said it was coming.. I’m not sure that it is. I love the workout and that it was pretty simple to put together. The only thing on my wishlist would be to have a way of knowing when you’ve already taken a ride. I love particular instructors and never get to take their live rides so I take the on demand..

I enjoy using the bike and have lost several pounds from exercising. It is quiet and easy to use. The instructors and programs are fun and educational. I am a short in stature 5′ 2‚ and the handlebars are as far back but it is still a little too far of a reach. Recently bike’s pedal has started to click on the right side. Overall I would still recommend this bike for anyone looking for a good spinning bike.

I love it! and I enjoy most of the classes. I just hope my internet connection would be better so I would not miss any of the live classes but, it is what it is for now. Not many options on internet choices. I would just like to suggest, on the day’s my internet connection is bad, I use the on demand classes. I would love to have them sort by duration, and if possible by instructor not a must but would be nice. By now, a lot of people already knows which instructors they like the most and what classes are suitable. Thanks!!!

Overall the bike is great. I feel it could be “beefed up” in certain areas to make it feel more sturdy/reliable. For instance, the single point where the handle bars connect to the neck suck. I can torque that bad boy down and it still has a small bit of play. The pedals suck as well, they’re just too compact making it hard not to have some portion of your shoes rub some where.
