I was amazed at them, because I didn’t expect all their features. The headband is very good quality and fits them well, but can be adjusted easily for an adult. The light is not just one light, but features a very strong headlight, a weaker headlight (probably better for reading), a red light, and a strobe light. The AAA batteries are easy to put in. Although there were instructions for inserting the batteries, it was fairly obvious anyway. We warned the kids not to point them at anyone’s face because some of the light settings are pretty strong. (I personally can not tolerate the strobe-light.) But again, the purchase was far better than my expectations.
