The 6-wire whip incorporates the maximum amount of air in whipped mixtures for fluffier whipped cream and angel food cakes. Also people, you can purchase the 6 quart stainless bowl that fits just like the glass bowl on your 6 quart bowl lift KitchenAid. I have both and they both perform fabulously.
