LEM Jerky Cannon

This is a heavy duty jerky maker with large capacity. LEM’s Original Jerky Cannon holds 1-1/2 lbs. of meat, The Jerky Cannon barrel is made of anodized aluminum. The ends of the barrel are flared to allow for easy loading and insertion of the piston. Nozzle attach quickly with a half turn of the retaining ring.

• Comes with cleaning brush, 2 nozzles: 3/16 in. x 1 3/16 in. for jerky strips and a 1/2 in. round for snack sticks and 2 bags of backwoods seasonings: snack stick and original Jerky (makes 5 lbs. each)
• Holds 1-1/2 lbs. of meat
• Heavy-duty drive has a plastic-coated cast aluminum handle, stainless steel rod and a heavy plastic piston.
• Anodized aluminum barrel is hand wash only
