So grippy! I never knew what I was missing, until I purchased this mat! I just assumed all yoga mats were slippery. This one is dense and super grippy for only being 3mm thick, much heavier than my previous travel yoga mat, but also more protective. You can put it directly on hardwood or tile and feel ok about it, although light carpeting is always helpful. My hands don’t budge and my knees are not sore afterward. Love that it is made of natural rubber, so no weird gas/chemical venting. And the price can’t be beat!

My new favorite yoga mat! It’s stickier than any I’ve tried and easy to clean since I’ll be using it at home (just wipe it down with water). This mat comes rolled up and completely sealed in plastic wrapping so no chance of it getting dirty or touched by other people. Since it’s made from natural rubber there is a rubber smell upon unpackaging but it’s not strong enough to bother me. Great value for a mat from a reputable brand like Manduka. Thank you, Target, for selling this in-store and online!

I’ve been practicing yoga for a while now I’ve been looking for a new yoga mat but Didn’t want to spend a fortune , my previous Mat is a jade harmony and it was very expensive , I liked it because it was made of natural rubber no toxins and not slippery . I have purchased others since then but they were very slippery. I just Purchased this from Target and just rolled it out . I’m not sure how well it will wear but I like that it’s made of natural rubber and the price was right and it is not slippery so to be continued on how well it lasts …

I love this mat! You don’t slip at all and the mat does not move around on the floor. It’s very thin (a little heavy since it’s made of rubber) but I think it’s worth it since it’s very grippy. It’s a little pricier than some other mats but it’s totally worth the no slip.
