Description
A Danish breakfast specialty, Ebelskivers are traditionally filled with apples but are equally delicious when filled with chocolate, peanut butter, cheese, fresh fruits, or savory ingredients such as bacon or ham. Ebelskivers make great appetizers, too: try a cornmeal batter and fill with cream cheese and jalapeno bits. While they may look daunting to make, the art of preparing Ebelskivers is quite simple. Always use plastic or wooden utensils to flip them as they cook to maintain the integrity of the nonstick on your pan. You will not be disappointed with this product, one of Nordic Ware’s original items that has survived the test of time.
