These screws have all the markings of the ones that came with the chuck. I have tried a few out and they perform as the originals do. I bought them to keep as spares.

The Nova chuck jaws uses an unusual size metric flat-head allen-drive screw. I’m glad that Home Depot carries spare screws for online shopping and home delivery! The screws work just fine.
