   I can’t for sure say that these taste like prime rib but my dog really enjoyed them! I did notice that the smell isn’t as pungent as the other flavors which I love. The sticks seemed fresh as well and were not tough at all. I think due to the non pungent smell and the freshness of these Pup-peroni sticks we will be purchasing this flavor over the orignal in the future!    My 2 dogs love these treats. They are sometimes very picky but not with these. One thing I liked about these is that they don’t stink ( actually they smell like people pepperoni) These are soft so they can be easily broken in pieces for smaller treats. They had no trouble chewing or no side affects. They know where they are ‘hiding’ so it sometimes seems like they do ‘cute’ things when they are by them.
