This work like is not nearly as good as it could be! Its nice that you can rotate the head for a flood to spot setting; however, the indexing for the positions needs to be significantly stronger. Simply handling the light or adjusting the head can cause it to rotate away from its perfect/proper alignment position. you need to visually align the head as it will not “click” into position; at least the click is not very strong… Additionally, the frosted lens reduces the lumes; there should be several more LED’s within the head. On the plus side, a 4ah battery will last all day!

I bought it because i needed a light for doing a lot of DIY work. But akso became useful to use with exta Ridgid batteries i have. Goosneck could be a little stiffer. I use one at my bed side every night pointed upwards to the cieling and light up my room diecient enough to see. Last me about 20 to 25 hours and have to charge the battery after 4 to 5 days use.
