The 10 Tray Food Dehydrator by Weston is the perfect way to preserve meats, fruits, vegetables and herbs. The dehydrated foods easily release from the removable trays, which have a combined 10 square feet of drying space. The ultra-quiet fan and rear-mounted drying system circulates air from back to front through each tray – so tray rotation is not required. The unit has a 620 watt heating element, and a color-coded thermostat that adjusts from 84 degrees F to 155 degrees F.
