The adjustable digital thermostat lets you adjust the drying temperature from 100-160°, and has a 48-hour timer with automatic shut off. The continuous air flow provides even drying for better taste. Includes one fine-mesh sheet for drying small foods like herbs, and one solid sheet for making fruit roll ups.
