This blade is simply fantastic!! I purchased this to use in cutting a stainless steel shelf. The cut is so smooth and effortless! Really worth the extra cash!!

Several recent projects required polycarbonate plastic to be cut very precisely. (+ or – .004)I was able to do that with this inexpensive blade.To break down a large polycarbonate sheet, I installed this blade in my Ryobi 7.5 inch circular saw and used an Empire level as a straight edge. It performed flawlessly and made a beautiful smooth cut.Using a blowtorch, I made those edges of the polycarbonate smooth as glass on these large cuts.Then for the smaller pieces, I installed this blade in my Rigid 2410 table-saw. This blade worked even BETTER in that machine!When I used this blade in the table-saw, i didn’t even need that extra blow-torch step. The edges were so smooth, that just using plastic-adhesive made the edges glass-smooth.It is hard to imagine a better blade for this purpose, let alone one that is so affordable.If you have ANY plastic to cut, try one of these. It will pay you back in better-quality cuts and saved time.

I was cutting 6061 aluminum extrusions for my deck railing. The first 20 cuts were easy and very smooth. Over time, the cuts were getting a little less smooth.

I used this blade on a special project I was working on. I cut 3 different materials,(aluminum, soft plastic and hard, thick plastic) and on each one, this blade cut like butter! Beautiful awesome smooth clean cuts. It’s made very well and to perform with precision. I do HIGHLY recommend this Diablo blade!!

This blade makes precise cuts in composite decking, lexan, aluminum, and copper. The cuts are super clean and the durability of this blade is superior to any other blade I have used for plastic and metal materials in the past. I would recommend this blade.

I purchased several different grinding type blades, but after reading the reviews a decided safety and better quality would pay off in the long run. I finished my aluminum project and now believe that I have a quality blade that I can rely on in my inventory. If only I had a better circular saw–time to upgrade that too.

I am using this blade in a Ryobi cordless miter saw to cut aluminum stock. Works great

We needed a blade to cut thru 18 guage metal and this blade handled it perfectly. And with the need to also cut plastic roofing, all we had to do was to turn the blade around to cut the plastic. Best purchase.
