I’ve gone from traditional nail trimmers to this based on a friend’s recommendation. Glad I did!

I have 2 beagles whose nails grow overnight!!! It was becoming costly taking them for a nail trim. This did the job !!! I turned it on near them for a few days to get them used to the slight noise. Then I used it!! They don’t mind at all!!!!! Great investment

I purchased this after first purchasing two 755-01 batteries that are supposed to fit Dremel 750 & 7300 series rotary tools. They didn’t fit my model 750 Dremel rotary tool, but I needed one so I ordered this model online. I have only used it twice, but it’s enough to be able to give my opinion. If you are only going to be doing light duty work, then this should be fine, otherwise I would suggest getting a higher voltage cordless or a coded model. It got quite warm while cutting the tips off of 12 #8 screws, hot enough that some people will put it down until it cooled. If I was to do it over, I would return the two batteries and purchase one of their 8000 series cordless tools.

I bought the Minimite cordless to trim dog nails, primarily because it is quiet. I had been using a regular Dremel but it’s too loud and scared some of my dogs. It holds it’s charge for quite a few nail-trimming sessions and is powerful enough for the job.

I have three dogs that hate getting their nails done. This Dremel made it so much easier because it’s powerful, so you don’t have to press hard to get the job done.

I love this MiniMite Dremel !! I think it should’ve came with more accessory pieces to use with it because of the price . Good quality , great brand ! I’m giving it 4★’s because of the lack of more accessory pieces not provided with it . If there would’ve been more , then I would’ve put 5★’s instead .

I bought this years ago, have only had to buy one replacement battery. It has lasted through 3 dogs and is still going. I couldn’t trim my Standard poodles nails without it. This is the perfect tool for all dog owners.

It makes trimming my dogs nail much easier. The dremmel is easy use and handle. The only thing I regret is that I didnt buy one sooner.

We own Great Danes and only recently discovered this amazing tool. It is no longer stressful to the dogs or us to trim their nails.

Nice tool, easy to use. Charged pretty quick. Full charge lasted me about an hour routing out letters in wood. Easy to control. Good starter bits.

I’ve been so used to my “big,” plug-in Dremel that at first this felt too light and underpowered. It’s definately not for those bigger cutting/grinding projects, but works great for those quick, light-use projects. There have been lots of times I would just grab a file instead of the plug-in Dremel to quickly sand something down in the house because it seemed like too much to plug it in, find an extension cord, etc… but this is great to just grab and use so I find myself going it it more often than my big one now. The only thing I don’t like is that the speed switch lacks the adjustability that my big Dremel has. This just has a High- and Low-speed setting, which works most of the time, but sometimes I wish for a few settings in-between.

The Dremel 7300-N/5 4.8V arrived while I was out of state and I could not wait to get home and test this new tool. I have always been a Dremel fan and hoped this new more compact cordless model would find a good place in my tool chest.I put the Mini Mite through several tests. I used it to drill small holes to hang pictures, to polish up an old piece of jewelry, to sand off sharp edges on a new appliance and several other small chores around the house. I found the Mini to be a great fit for these types of daily jobs. Small and compact enough to stick in my pocket and get small jobs done that normally I might have to put off until I had time to dig out a larger tool. A definite plus to finishing small tasks that otherwise might not get done in a day.I then moved on to some larger tasks like carving, grinding and sanding. I found the Mini to be light and small enough in the hand that I neither got tired or hand cramps from prolonged use. I still found the unit to be a bit awkward for me in tight places but that is a personal preference. When doing finer detail work, I prefer a smaller pen-like unit which I have greater control over. Prolonged use did eat up the battery charge more quickly, especially at higher speed but that was expected and easily remedied if you have a couple of spare batteries fully charged and on hand. Given how small and compact this unit is, I would definitely pick up extra batteries and a case. I would not hesitate to throw it in my car or bag to take with me for both my carving hobby and any emergency uses that may pop up.While I found the two speed limitation a bit frustrating, it certainly did all the small jobs I threw at it with no complaints. When working on my carvings, or other small projects, I prefer more control over speed to ensure I do not damage anything, and that is another personal preference. Charging is easy with the direct plug-in charger and small batteries and charging time is normal. Larger projects wore the batteries out more quickly and could be harder on the motor if I pressed too hard. I err on the side of caution with all my tools, so when I feel I am pushing the limits of a tool, I switch to a larger more powerful model and conserve the tools for their best uses.I am glad to have had the opportunity to try this new compact rotary tool. It’s a great addition to my larger corded model. I can now finish up many projects and repairs more quickly and efficiently. If you have a lot of small things to do around your home, I highly recommend this compact Dremel Mini Mite. It’s certainly a welcome tool to my workbench!
