Received this from my daughter as a birthday gift last week, to go with my Empire Red mixer. I LOVE this bowl. Looks striking with the Empire Red. But….she didn’t realize I have a bowl lift model, so they don’t work together. Even so, it’s amazing as a stand-alone mixing bowl, and is perfectly sized to use with my KA hand mixer when I have multiple things going, and the stand mixer is in use for something else, or I just want to whip up something quickly. The spout is perfect for pouring – much easier than pouring from the steel bowls for my stand mixer, so this will be my go-to bowl w/the hand mixer when making pancake & waffle batter. Easy to pour from the bowl right onto the griddle/iron, no need to dirty a big ladle or spoon now. And, it looks gorgeous sitting on an open shelf in my kitchen, with my red ceramic bakeware, too. Please, KA, consider making one of these to fit my KSM6573 Narrow Lift 6 qt. Professional 6000 HD. Or developing some kind of shell I can put over my steel bowls, so they look as pretty as this one.
