This sander incorporates an electronic, variable speed dial that can be adjusted from 2500 to 6800 OPM for your needs. It features a compact, lightweight design for all-day use. The removable, 2-position (left or right) side handle is comfortable and provides excellent control.

I don’t usually write a review but this unit deserves to be noticed. I purchased this sander to sand a large wooden deck railing. I considered a belt sander but the weight and cumbersome handling of those units caused me to look at this sander. I have the Porter Cable 5″ ROS and quite frankly, it’s the best sander I’ve owned so I thought I’d give this one a try – I am not disappointed. With a 40 grit sanding disc this sander removes multiple previous coats of finish quickly and with minimal effort. It is maneuverable and with the added side handle is not fatiguing when using for several hours at a time. I bought this to sand weathered pressure treated deck wood and I have saved considerable time. I highly recommend this sander.
