Great saw very powerful , cuts like a hot knife through Butter! Great runtime on 4H battery, love being cordless!
I am extremely pleased with this circular saw tool. It functions and cuts well. The best part is that it is less noisy & lighter weight compared to my corded saw. I enjoy very much the convince of no cord.
Great product at a very fair price
Good saw… 18v, 4.0Ah could be better.
I run the battery down three times so far working with it for a day. Battery lasted a long time I recommend two batteries as that’s what I have.Randy
The value of brushless and a battery included made it worth the money.
First impression is that it seems to work great. Looking for a bigger project to test more.
It’s a great Saw
Easy to use. Plenty of power for portable & occasional use. For big jobs with continuous use I would use a corded saw which I also have.
I’ve only used it a hand guild of times and so far it’s been great.
So nice to finally go cordless on a circular saw. They have so many models that it’s confusing trying to pick one, but this is a great saw and if you are willing to wait you can get a great deal on a bundle. The deals on this bundle usually don’t last long though, so be ready.
No light weight here. Feels and cuts like a good corded saw. If I need a tool and Rigid makes, that’s what I buy.
Great, it was what I expected
No need for those awful cords stringing all over! Powerful and works great! I would definitely recommend!!
Works great and is compatible with my 18 volt ridgid drill and batteries
While I haven’t used this extensively, it has met my needs and came with everything I needed without a lot of extra items that I don’t. I run mostly RIDGID products so I didn’t need extra batteries and I’m sure this would need them for a larger project. I like the feel of the tool in my hand and it has a good durable look and feel to it, I believe this will work excellently when my work is away from an outlet. I also like the fact that it uses 7-1/4″ blades.
I received this saw as a Christmas gift. I used it the first time a few weeks ago for cutting 1/2 PT plywood. Using an Irwin carbide tipped blade, it cut through the plywood and a few PT 2x4s with ease. It also went through the battery almost as fast. This was the first time I used the saw and basically liked it. I was concerned about the battery life, but wasn’t a real issue with me since I have several ones to use. The safety switch was a little cumbersome but I got used to it. My biggest concern is the blade guard. It appears to be made of plastic. I would imagine it break fairly easily if the saw was accidentally dropped or fell from a work table.
