   I got a new Milwaukee drill 2 months ago, and I’ve been needing a new set of drill bits for it. I decided to buy the same set I already owned; this 14-piece Milwaukee Titanium drill bit set. It’s the same quality as my old set, but with a way better case PROS *Very sharp. They drill right through sheet metal *They completely redesigned the case and fixed all of the bad issues the old design had including the hinges, latches, and the interior. All around, it is a brand-new case with a much better design than the old one. *Super tough and hard to snap *Fairly priced Nothing like brand new sharp drill bits!5 out of 5 stars!

   Very Good Milwaukee Brand Titanium Drill BitsThe 14 Milwaukee drill bit set consists of titanium coated drills in 13 sizes. Milwaukee decided to include a duplicate 1/8” diameter bit. The bits have a 135 degree split point to minimize “walking”, a thicker core, and slotted grips to ensure more grip in the drill chuck. These drills are “professionally manufactured” to Milwaukee’s specifications in China. The bits come coated with a gold color titanium material to minimize wear. Milwaukee touts up to 3 times the expected life. The drill box was nicely done and has provisions for mounting to a Milwaukee tool box. The only issues encountered were getting the bits out of the display package and opening of the box apparently due to some mold release agent or the surface finish of the box. It was a bit slippery.To evaluate how good these are, used several materials in which to drill holes. Aluminum, steel and wood were used. Used 1/8” and ¼” drill bits. The walk was minimized while all drilled satisfactory round holes with little effort. They were equal to or better that some of the other branded Ti bits. Overall, these bits are worthy for consideration when in the market for Ti drill bits. And yes, they are recommended!

   This Titanium Drill Bit Kit will drill many various materials and will stand up to time. My past drill bit sets are missing the smaller thinner drill bits because they are not strong enough and they snapped in half or broke off in the wood. The titanium material is very strong and these drill bits won’t break like the average drill bits. These titanium drill bits are made by Milwaukee which make all kinds of excellent tools. There tools last a very long time and feel these titanium drill bits will also last a very long time. These drill bits are definitely worth their price and I have already put a couple of drill bits in use.

   This review is on the Milwaukee 14 Piece Titanium Drill Bit Set. Short and sweet Milwaukee did this right. These bits last a lot longer than other drill bits that I own from a different well-known company. They arrived sharp and after quite a bit of use they are still sharp and have not broken. Nothing more frustrating than reaching for a bit only to find out it’s dull and then when you apply slight pressure it breaks. The case is also really well made and fits all the bits snugly without falling out every time you open the case. For the price and the peace (14-piece) of mind it’s well worth the price and it’s a bargain.

   This Milwaukee drill bit set comes is a really nice protective case that is held close by a strong clasp that give a very noticeable “click” when it is snapped shut.The individual bits are tightly held into their labeled spot within the case. So tightly that the smaller bits are a little tough to get out. Be careful, the bits are pretty sharp and pay attention that you don’t cut yourself when trying to remove the smaller bits. The larger bits have bevels on the bottom of the bit where it goes into the drill’s chuck which makes it easier to load and secure them tightly and make sure that they are in straight. I used my bits to drill some pilot holes through some 2×4’s and the bits were perfect. They are really sharp and cut through the wood with ease. I was shocked at how fast and I was able to drill completely through the 2×4. This was fancy or finish work so I wasn’t worried about a little blow out on the back side of the hole. But I am certain each hole was drilled in less that 1/2 a second. They really cut the material well. I will get many years of use from these bits and the sturdy case will make sure I down lose any pieces.

   This is a very nice set. I’ve only used a couple of the bits, but they are very nice. The case is small enough to carry in my tool bag with my drill and has every bit I could ever need. I do mostly things around the house and yard, and these helped me put a new shower door up. I also used them to drill into a metal door to put a door viewer in. The metal turned out smooth and the drill bit went through easily. It’s a great set.

   Very Impressive – I needed a 5/16 titanium drill bit for drilling 4 holes into a 1/16 flat steel plate. This drill bit worked better than expected. No problem drilling the 4 holes. The bit did not bind and no walking noted. The shank is not round but has 3 flat areas for a solid grip. The 4th hole was just as easy to drill as the first. I was very impressed using just my cordless drill with a full charge. The carrying case has a threaded screw hole in the back for 1/4-20 accessories such as a magnet or belt clip. I highly recommend these drill bits.

    All my life I have done a lot of drilling and have dulled or broken more than my share of drill bits. Last year I decided to spend more and bought a couple of titanium 3/16″ and 1/8″ drill bits because I use these sizes the most. To my surprise they held up very well. This 14-piece Milwaukee drill bit set has drill sizes from 1/16″ up to 1/2″. Each bit has a lot of drilling surface. These drill bits have outlasted my regular ones by 3 to 4 times. They produce less friction and they stay sharper longer than other bits. I use them for drilling on metal, wood, PVC, Acrylic and pressure treated wood. Another problem I had was finding drill bits in my tool boxes. The Milwaukee bit set is housed in a pretty red plastic case that’s easy to notice / find. Because they are titanium coated, the bits can not be resharpened. Milwaukee makes good products.

    There aren’t enough good things I could say about these bits to do them justice. I like the secure-grip. Nobody wants a bit slipping around in an old chuck and the secure-grip fixes that. The next good attribute of the bits were that they were titanium coating to last longer. Personally, this isn’t a big deal to me. But what is a big deal is that the cores of the bits are thicker than your average and this is really important because it provides the additional support needed to bear down on the drill bits when needed. In the pack you get 1/16 drill bits all the way up to 1/2 drill bits. The pack is good for PVC pipe, metal, wood, and cinderblock in case anyone needs to go through a wall. The carrying case is awesome. You can tilt the drill bits in their holsters for easier access. And there is also a mount in the back to secure it to belt clips and magnets.

    These titanium bits are suitable for metal, wood & plastic, and are longer lasting than standard black oxide bits, so the purchase price is reasonable. This kit includes bits that range in size from 1/16 to 1/2 inch. They come in a heavy-duty Red Milwaukee case. The smaller bits are quite hard to remove because they fit very tightly in their respective holes. These bits were a pleasure to use after my older bits had long passed their lift time. I work primarily with wood and these bits made nice, clean holes.

    These are great to have and I hope they last as long as advertised. The titanium coated bits are supposed to be much stronger than their steel counterparts but it’s really hard to tell until they’ve been put to good use. So far I’ve done test drills into wood, PVC, and 1/4 in metal and not had any issues with the bits getting dull after use. I have not used them for any masonry purposes but I imagine they’d be okay. My only gripe with the product is the packaging. It comes packaged in those very hard to open plastic cases that require either scissors or a sharp knife.

    These are awesome! I got it out last night and did some different types of wood with these bits. I tried really hard wood and a nice softer wood. These bit every time and didn’t wear down after the first few uses like my other bits. It states right on the packaging that these can do metal. They will very easily go through aluminum and most likely anything except masonary. I am so happy with these. I will buy them again if these wear out. Very pleased.

    This titanium drill bit set with fourteen pieces works great for really any drilling need! The titanium material and quality is nice because of it’s size and strength. No matter what material they are being used for, the likelihood of the drill bit snapping is highly unlikely. The hard red cover case is also nice to keep the different size bits organized as well.

    These drill bits are perfect for everyday drilling into wood or metal but not masonry. They are an affordable step up from those coated only with black oxide. Be aware that these aren’t as durable as the Cobalt alloy bits offered by the same company because the Titanium coating eventually wears off. I like that the drill bits start easily without walking, especially on curved surfaces, and don’t bind or grab when in use. Annoyances for me were: #1, the tough plastic display packaging this index comes wrapped in; what a nightmare to remove without cutting your fingers! And #2, the drill bits fit in the case holes very tightly. Because the drill bits are super sharp, wear some hand protection or use a cloth to extract them from the case to keep from being nicked.
