BLACK+DECKER 20-Volt MAX Cordless Reciprocating Saw with 1.5 Ahr Battery and Charger

This product is working well for its intended use…pruning an overlarge prickly pear cactus.

Everything I expected. Added it to my collection of cordless Black and Decker tools. All use the same battery so I always have the power to keep working.

This saw is the perfect solution for pruning situations where a chain saw is too large/heavy for me and a small hand saw would take too much effort and time.

The saw works well, uses same batteries as blower and string trimmer. Next to get the drill.

I returned it without using it because the “workable” blade was too short for what I needed.

Powerful, affordable compact saw. It was easy to use without reading the instructions.

I ordered pruning blades to use with this tool. Worked great to cut small limbs and shrubs. It came with the battery and charger which is not included in a lot of other brands. I like that the battery is also interchangeable with my weed trimmer and blower. I would highly recommend this tool.

So easy to use and the cordless option makes it so quick and easy to get thinks done as a single handy woman!! Ha!

Easy to assemble. Very easy to use. Meets all requirements that I needed. Used it for trimming in yard. Perfect!!! Was not too heavy or bulky. Should carry in store. Had to order online.

I really like this saw. I am female and in my 60s. This saw is lightweight and has plenty of power for me.I am a huge fan of Black & Decker AND Home Depot!

Home Depot On-line has better deals than In-store. Good idea to look at their on-line offerings often.

Runs well but has a shorter stroke than more expensive model. It will accomplish it’s mission of buckthorn control. It would be nice if a fast charger were included. The supplied charger, a wall wart, takes extra time to charge the battery.

I love it really easy to use

I bought this saw in order to help with the job of annual pruning of my apple and pear trees. It replaced a hand pruning saw which I had been using in the past to cut limbs too large for lopping shears. It was nothing short of fantastic. It cut my time in half because the limbs and areas where shoots had formed previously took so long to cut through by hand. The other two things that I really liked was how light it was, I could hold it with my arm extended with one hand and cut, great when on a picking ladder, and the battery life. I could cut for at least a half hour which is what I averaged per fruit tree with no loss of power. I only had to change batteries one time in pruning twelve trees. I don’t have any financial interest in Home Depot or Black and Decker and I very rarely do product reviews, even more rarely give a 5 star review. .I encourage anyone thinking of buying this product for the use I described to do so without hesitation.

it was easy to put together and easy to use. battery lasted as long as I did, at least an hour with each use

This was a GREAT purchase! Came quickly, easy to use. Good price. I have other Black and Decker products that use the same battery and wanted to add to my tools.
