This drill works very well, is lightweight for a corded drill and has a good feel to it. I’ve had a corded Makita drill before and gave it away as I replaced it with a cordless drill, now it’s time to go back to the corded version. I haven’t had this drill very long but it feels like it will last a long time as my other Makita had. The only negative is that I wish they wouldn’t paste the label on the case as they do, I didn’t want it there and it took a bit of effort to remove.
