Good, useful tool with plenty of torque. Very lightweight. Great deal with charger.
Great too and case is awesome!!
I have been using this M12 fuel impact few weeks and it has been great so far! I used it to take a transmission out of my car, it busted every bolt that I put it to loose.
Love it .You should put every tool in one so we build our pack.duh!
The drill alone is worth more than that. The packout case, huge bonus, very nice.
This tool is small but mighty. It is lightweight, ergonomic and can handle the toughest jobs. Very powerful and the battery lasts for a long time. Very pleased with this product.
This is a great drill. I purchased this to save on space in my traveling tool bag.
Nice drill. Came complete with charger and battery
The pack out kit is very durable and makes me want to add to the collection.
I bought this and the newer, upgraded model (# 2553-22-48-11-2460) during the recent online Father’s Day sale. After they both arrived, I kept one, returned the other…this was not the keeper. This particular unit appears durable, just like all of the Milwaukee M12 tools, but was limited in several ways when comparing to the upgraded model. 1. It came with only one battery2. It only has 2 speed settings. 3. It’s larger, by about an inch. 4. The grip angle is slightly different and less comfortable (important when you use it for hours at a time). For the sale price, if you already had spare M12 batteries, this wouldn’t be a bad purchase. However, here are the things I liked about the newer model. 1. It came with 2 batteries, plus a free 6 Ah battery (huge bonus). 2. It has 4 speed settings, with one specifically for self tapping screws (which I need). 3. It is shorter and more compact, which aids in use depending on the work area. 4. Grip angle was more comfortable and easier to use during longer periods. 5. The LED light has a wider view and shadows less than the older model (more of a flood vs a spot). The batteries alone made the purchase of the newer model easier to swallow. For $70 more, I got an extra 2 Ah battery and a free promo 6 Ah battery…both batteries cost more than the older tool by itself. Actual use between the two…the newer model far exceeds the older model. It was easier to hold longer, had more adjustments, better lighting and I could use it much longer with the included batteries. This older model isn’t bad, but even at the sale price it wasn’t that great if a value for the upgrades you get with the newer model.
I’ve owned an M12 non-impact driver for about eight years, and it’s driven tens of thousands of screws over the years. I own dozens of cordless tools — all top-name brands — and yet that old M12 driver is my #1 favorite of them all. It just keeps going and going, with a surprising amount of charge available from one battery. I have other cordless drivers, but the Milwaukee M12 is the one I reach for 9 times out of 10 because of its small size and light weight. It’s still going strong, but I decided to buy this “sister” impact driver when it came on sale at HD. It gives me another battery and charger, and a slightly different approach to driving screws. I’ve used it already to drive 200-ish screws with no issues whatsoever. The bonus PACKOUT case is nice — and will now likely get me hooked on buying the entire line of PACKOUT products. :-/
This is a great value if you planned on more storage for your packout kit.I have an m18 fuel 1/4 impact driver, and while this has no where near that power it is perfect for doing small fastners since it has just the right power, size, and weight for ladder work.
Milwaukee Tools consistently exceeds my expectations
Impact driver works great and arrived on time
Amazing amount of power in such a small driver!
Great product and amazing price
Good for the price, works as expected, quality looks and feels very good, very suitable for the hvac trade when traveling from rooftop to rooftop.
I’m an airline mechanic and I purchased this impact driver to replace an older 18v impact. I use this mainly for removing seized screws from access panels. It performs as well as the 18v tool that it replaced. I like the pack-out case as well. It’s more versatile than the blow molded cases the tools usually come in.
